重金属污染分子式:CAS号:性质:相对密度大于5(或4,4.5)的金属及其化合物对环境、生物体和食品等造成的污染。重金属污染环境的特点是:一旦它进入环境或生态系统,会长期存留、积累或在大气、水、土壤、生物体中迁移和转变其理化状态,而不能分解破坏;因而其危害是持续的、长期的。污染环境(尤其是水环境)的重金属元素主要有:具有显著毒性的汞、铅、镉、铬等和具有一定毒性的锌、铜、钼、钴、镍、锡等元素。重金属的自然来源有土壤和岩石的风化、火山爆发等;人为来源主要有采矿、有色金属冶炼、电镀、农药、化肥、药品、玻璃等工业生产的排放物以及重金属制品的使用与污水灌溉等。从大气颗粒物中已检测出30多种重金属元素。许多工业废水中含有大量重金属,其中如铜、锌、铁、锰等是生命活动必需的元素,但其浓度如果超过了可允许限值,则会对生物体引起毒害效应。土壤的重金属污染主要来自工业和农药废水、污泥和大气颗粒物(降尘和飘尘)等。重金属在土壤中不能被微生物降解,会不断积累,或被植物富集,通过食物链,最终进入人体蓄积而危害健康,如日本发生的水俣病和痛痛病分别是汞和镉污染引起的。土壤遭受重金属污染后,很难彻底消除,最后向地表水或地下水迁移,加重了水体污染。重金属污染造成的危害程度,决定于它们在环境或生物体中的浓度和存在的化学形态;不同化学形态(或化学状态)的重金属其环境效应、生态效应和毒性效应大不相同;许多重金属如汞、镉、铅等与蛋白质的巯基有很强的亲和力,因而易造成致毒。
