水处理计算机网络智能监控系统水处理计算机网络智能监控系统是用于工业和市政用水处理、污水和废水处理的一套控制系统，由现场硬件和应用软件组成，其最小系统为PLC与电气控制装置、网络与控制服务器、远程监控终端和智能监控软件。该系统的主要功能和指标为：控制方式 就地控制、远程控制、自动控制 网络传输 滞后不超过10s，每次刷新时间不超过30s 监控功能 实时监控、参数设置、数据库管理、报警 PLC及电气控制设备 符合IEC标准 处理效果 符合相应的国家标准 由于水处理工艺过程影响因素多而复杂，为了使水处理过程处于最佳工艺状态，提高水处理的效果和效率，同时使系统工作稳定可靠、自动化程度高，实现系统无人值班的目的，本系统作为水处理的监控系统，具有以下主要创新点：（1）水处理中采用多参数前馈+出水浊度修正的自适应综合控制模型。该模型在监控系统中利用算法实现。由于水处理中的混凝沉淀系统是一个大惯量、大滞后的系统，采用传统反馈控制方式，容易引起出水浊度波动。因此，应用多参数（Ph.Tui,T和Q）前馈控制方式，以克服大惯量、大滞后引起的出水浊度波动现象；同时应用出水浊度反馈以修正加药量，从而达到出水浊度控制的准确性。（2）针对水处理工艺中原始参数的变化，根据专家的知识经验以及对加药混凝沉淀系统的试验研究，确定三个温度段，三组加权系数，从而得出9种参考模型。根据进水的原始参数，在知识库的参考模型中，选取一种参考模型作为控制模型。知识库的开放性，允许水处理领域中的更多专家经验知识和试验研究模型加入到知识库中，从而丰富和完善专家系统。嵌入式专家系统在本监控系统中的应用，使水处理工艺过程尽管在进水原始参数变化的情况下，仍能保持最佳的工艺运行状态，从而提高了水处理的效果和效率。（3）通过普通电话线拨号上网，实现远程网络监控。在WINCC V5.1软件平台上开发研制成功网络监控功能，从而实现水处理过程的异地远程监控，不仅方便实现集中控制、资源和数据的共享、控制系统的开放性，而且能实现系统的远程诊断，达到无人值守目标.本技术获浙江省科学技术奖二等奖。居国内领先水平。欢迎合作。
