蓄积毒性分子式:CAS号:性质: 指化学物质反复接触或染毒时,吸收量大于排泄时或毒性作用多次累加所致功能性或结构性损害。一般可分为功能性蓄积和物质蓄积。前者指毒物随其剂量、活性强度,接触次数增加所致有害作用逐次累加现象而导致适应或中毒;后者指毒物在组织器官内随机体反复接触毒物而增加。如果某一物质的染毒间隔时间(Δ)小于生物半减期(T1/2),则Δ/T1/2比值愈小,其蓄积出现愈快,例如二二三的生物半减期很长,便可在体内蓄积,产生危害。
