旋转-固定式扫描系统旋转-固定式扫描系统影像学术语。CT设备的类型之一。扫描方式为旋转-固定式(rotate-stationary，R/S)的CT设备。机架内探测器固定排列成环形，扫描时仅X线管旋转，属于第四代CT机，可用于全身检查。该型CT机与旋转-旋转式(R/R)扫描的第三代CT机几乎同期产生，功能和性能指标也彼此接近，成为70年代后期以来的主流机型之一。X线管为旋转阳极。在扫描架内的布局分环内、环外两型。环外型X线管位于探测器环外，扫描时探测器环摆动，使线束不被阻挡。一般使用固体-光电二极管探测器，阵列规模在600～10000个以上，甚至达40000。扫描速度为3～8秒。旋转-固定式CT机在扫描过程中虽探测器利用率相对低，但因只有一部分探测器在工作，可获得连续校准。而且所获得的每一幅投影轨迹剖面图都是具体一个探测器在接收了X线管在不同角度上发射的线束后获取的，因此个别探测器的误差一般不会给反投影后的重建图像带来显著影响。该型设备要求探测器体积小、数量多、间隔窄以及计算机处理能力强，否则难以获得高的空间分辨率和量子检测效率。此型机不具备体积采样能力。
