阻尼涂料分子式：CAS号：性质：一种通过具有黏弹性涂层的变形阻尼，减少振幅达到减震降噪目的的涂料，是防噪声涂料的一种，可分为单层厚膜型和双层型。单层厚膜阻尼涂料是将石棉、云母、石墨等分散到沥青或天然硬沥青、合成树脂乳液、合成橡胶和氯乙烯溶胶为主的基料里制成的，膜厚约为底板厚的二倍。双层型阻尼涂料，第一层常含有象二甲苯树脂类的热塑性树脂的多元醇固化型聚氨酯涂料，在高温下也不软化变形，第二层用内应力小、杨氏模量大的不饱和聚酯或环氧，两层配合衰减性好、附着力高、操作性能好。阻尼涂料常用于汽车车身平台、桥梁底梁、鼓风机外板等受外力作用能引起共振的部位。
