化学键合相分子式：分子量：CAS号：性质：高效液相色谱法的一种固定相。用化学反应的方法使硅胶表面的硅醇基与有机分子成键，便可得到各种性能的固定相。键合的有机基团主要有：（1）疏水基团，如烷烃和苯基等；（2）极性基团（如丙氨基、氰乙基、醚、醇等）；（3）离子交换基团。键合反应主要有：（1）用醇或胺与硅醇基反应，形成Si—O—C和Si—N—C类型的键；（2）利用有机氯硅烷与硅醇基反应，形成Si—O—Si—C类型的键；（2）利用有机氯硅烷与硅醇基反应，形成Si—O—Si—C类型的键；（3）利用氯化硅胶与有机锂或格氏试剂反应，形成Si—C型键。化学键合固定相的特点是：表面没有液坑，比一般液体固定相传质快；无固定液流失；可以键合不同官能团，以改变选择性，有利于梯度洗提。
