碳纤维增强水泥复合材料分子式:CAS号:性质:简写为CFRC 由碳纤维与水泥净砂或砂浆所组成的复合材料。可用聚丙烯腈基或沥青基碳纤维和波特兰水泥或火山灰波特兰水泥为主要原料,为改善碳纤维与水泥基体的界面黏结,可掺加适量的辅助材料。若用长度为6~10mm、直径为15~20μm的沥青基碳纤维时,应使之在专门的搅拌机内均匀分散于水泥砂浆中,纤维的体积掺量可达2%~3%,用震捣法成型制品并使之经蒸压养护。当使用收缩率较低的水泥时,则可不经蒸压养护。用该法制得的CFRC抗弯极限强度和抗冲击强度,与石棉水泥相近,但容量较低(1~1.2g/cm3)并有较好的耐热、耐磨、耐蚀等性能以及电磁屏蔽效应,可应用于制作大尺寸的外墙面板与抗静电地板等。
