沙尔普列斯不对称环氧化反应分子式:CAS号:性质:由四异丙基钛、手性酒石酸乙酯和叔丁醇过氧化物组成的试剂可将具有α-羟基烯烃结构的化合物环氧化成不对称产物。收率很高,对映体超量90%以上。产物的手性由所用的酒石酸乙酯的手性(D-或L-)决定。当α-碳原子(或羟基碳原子)是手性时,只有其中之一构型在D-或L-酒石酸乙酯存在下被环氧化,另一个不受影响。这一功能为分拆这类外消旋体提供了有效的方法。
