农业机械结构工艺性农业机械结构工艺性manufacturability of agricultural machinery structure农业机械结构工艺性(manufaeturabilityof agrieultural maehinery strueture)农业机械零件、部件和整机的结构，在一定的生产类型和生产条件下，按照规定的质量要求制造出来的可能性和经济性。农业机械产品除满足使用要求外，结构工艺性的好坏也是衡量其技术水平的重要指标。机器的结构与其制造工艺之间有着密切的关系，先进的制造工艺促进了性能好、强度高、重量轻、寿命长而成本低的机器的产生，而机器结构的改进与创新又向制造工艺提出新的、难度更大的要求，对工艺的发展起着推动的作用。机器制造中耗用的原材料及劳动量是衡量结构工艺性的最客观的指标。在各种结构的机器中，结构要家按加工及装配方式的分配(即铸件、俄件、冲压件、机械加工件及焊接、螺纹连接、铆接等的教t及所占重t的比例)可以在很大的范围内变化，它形响粉制造的总劳动盈及原材料消耗，因而也就影响粉结构工艺性指标。机器的生产条件及生产批量等因素形响着制造工艺方法的选择，因而结构工艺性也要与之相适应。例如在铸件设计中，在满足使用性能要求的前提下，主要考虑零件的形状、尺寸、壁、加强筋、凸台、肋、孔、腔室及基面等结构要家对铸造工艺性要求的适应性。其他如锻件、焊接件、冲压件、机械加工件以及部件的装配和整机总装配等，在设计中也要充分考虑各种制造工艺的不同的工艺性要求。提高结构工艺性的途径主要靠产品设计与制造工艺工作者的密切配合，产品设计的工艺性审查是设计与工艺配合的主要环节。工艺性审查应根据企业的生产及技术条件、生产规模及对产品的使用要求.从工艺角度出发，主要针对产品结构、性能及精度等的特点，通过对设计图样的分析研究，判断本产品的结构设计及技术要求是否合于工艺性要求，以保证能用经济合理的方法制造出符合质童要求的产品。产品设计的各个阶段均应进行工艺性审查，初步设计阶段主要审查结构方案的合理性、经济性及结构的继承性，以及标准化和通用化程度。技术设计阶段主要审查产品各部分平行进行装配及检查而不互相依核的可能性，以及装配的难易程度:保证零部件的互换性;制造本产品的主要材料选择是否合理;主要及复杂零件在本企业能否加工等。最后在工作图设计阶段主要审查构成产品的部件是否具有装配基准并便于装拆、部件可分解成便于平行装配的各组成部分的可能性，以及零件结构的铸造、峨造、冲压、焊接、热处理及机械加工等的工艺性。(王鸿)
