旋转闪蒸干燥分子式：CAS号：性质：在特定的干燥设备中进行染料干燥的方法之一。对各种形态的原染料(加湿粉、滤饼、高黏度液体等)的干燥均有良好效果。原染料通过带搅拌器的贮料箱均匀进入螺旋加料器，而后被推入干燥器中。器底部装有搅拌装置作旋转搅动，并配合自空气分配器狭缝进入器内的高速热空气将原染料搅成细粒进行流态化干燥。为使原染料达到所需要的粒度，利用热空气的速度来调整流化床中大小粒子的平衡，使符合需要的粒子随热空气从器顶部排出，经捕集器收集成为产品，而较大的粒子仍留在流化床中。这种干燥方法的生产强度大，适用范围广，消耗能量较低。但不足之处是投资较大，且不适用于热敏性染料。
