充填机械充填机械stowing machineehongtlon]一xle充填机械(stowing maehine)将充镇材料混合、输送、充填到采空区的采矿机械。用于地下矿山充填采空区，承担支护一围岩、控制岩石崩落和地表移动，以便在充填体上进行回采作业。按充填方式分为干式充填机械、气力充填机械、水力充填机械和抛掷充填机械。抛掷充填机械具有充填能力大、密实、移动方便等优点，是充填机械的重要发展方向之一。干式充填机械将地表制备站的碎石或掘进废石用矿车、带式输送机等运输设备运至矿块充填井，溜人采场后用扒矿机、地下铲运机等机械撒布充填料进行充填。水平运送距离一般为6()0一9()()m，最长为30()Om，充填能力可达6()一12om3/h气力充填机械以压缩空气为动力，将充填料沿井下充填管道输送至采空区进行充填。按充填方式分为固定式、半固定式和移动式三种。整套设备装在平板车上，包括自带空气压缩机和充填管、供水管和洒水装置等。自地表制备站至采空区的输送距离达l5()0~200Om，充填能力可达5()一25om勺}:水力充填机械由破碎筛分设备、料仓、供水系统、水泥系统、搅拌制浆设备、管道、砂泵和混凝土泵、脱水及计量控制装置等组成。用压力水将充填材料混合成砂浆，用砂泵或自然压头输送至采场脱水，固体料浓度达到90%~93%，然后充人采空区，充填管直径为15()一2。。mm·充填能力可达4()(} m3/h。中国凡口铅锌矿采用尾砂胶结充填，其袋装水泥由上包机、带式输送机、拆包机、斗式提升机卸人容量为120t的水泥仓.粗尾砂在尾砂池内脱水，用扒矿机、螺旋输送机将水泥与尾砂送人搅拌器混合，经输送管送至井下，进行自流充填，生产能力为6()一7()。、;/}:。 (赵星东)
