矿产资源保护矿产资源保护mineral resources protectionkuangehan ziyuan baohu矿产资源保护(而ne耐res~es protection)为保护矿产资源而进行的工作。其目的是最大限度地充分开发利用矿产资源，尽量减少其损失和浪费。矿产资源是采后不能再生的可耗竭自然资源，不但要为我们一代利用，还要为子孙后代长远打算，这就决定对有限的矿产资源要倍加珍惜爱护。矿产资源保护是国家的一项重要政策，矿业部门的一项重要任务。国务院于l%5年批准发布了《矿产资源保护试行条件》，全国人大于1986年通过并颁布了《中华人民共和国矿产资源法》。强调对矿产资源开发利用全过程中均应采取保护的要求，制定了综合勘查、合理开采与综合利用和十分珍惜、合理利用与有效保护的方针。在勘查过程中，不能漏掉有益的矿物成分或有益组分的评价。在矿山建设和生产中，必须贯彻综合利用和提高资源回收利用水平的原则，实行国家对矿山开采监督管理的制度。中国政府对矿产资源保护工作很重视，1980年发表了《世界自然资源保护大纲》，国务院于1986年和1卯4年审议通过了《中国自然资源保护纲要》和《中国21世纪议程》，均在专门章节中提出中国矿产资源保护的目标和任务。目前中国政府正在采取执法检查，克服滥采乱挖、资源回收率低、综合利用差的严峻现实。(郑仁城)
