水溶液聚合分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:溶于水的单体在水溶液中进行的聚合反应。广义上也包括水乳液聚合。水溶性单体有丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、乙烯基吡咯烷酮等。常用的水溶性自由基型引发剂有H2O2、(NH4)2S2O8,K2S2O8和氧化还原引发剂,如K2S2O8与Fe2+或NaHSO3组成的引发剂等。有些烯类单体如丙烯腈,虽然在水中的溶解度不大(20℃,7.3%),但加入某些无机盐(如氯化锌或硫氰化钠)可大大提高其溶解度,这样丙烯腈就可在高浓度的无机盐水溶液中聚合,这已是制取腈纶纤维原液的工业方法。
