[学院简介]仪器科学与工程学院所属学科专业创建于1960年，原名陀螺仪及导航仪器专业，于1961年开始招收研究生。1981年和1984年被国务院学位委员会先后批准设立“精密仪器及机械”和“测试计量技术及仪器”两个硕士学位授权点。1990年被批准设立“精密仪器及机械”博士学位授权点。1992年5月为了适应学科发展需要，从自动控制系分出成立了仪器科学与工程系。9月学校批准成立仪器科学与工程学院。“精密仪器及机械”学科1994年被评为江苏省重点学科，1998年被国务院批准为“仪器科学与技术”一级学科博士、硕士学位授权点，1999年获准设立“精密仪器及机械”学科特聘教授岗，可聘长江学者奖励教授2名。学院现有1个本科专业“测控技术与仪器”，拥有1个一级学科博士学位授权点“仪器科学与技术”，4个二级学科博士学位授权点：精密仪器及机械、测试计量技术及仪器、导航、制导与控制、微系统与测控技术。学院现有教职工51人，其中专职教师41人，教授15人（含长江学者特聘教授1人，博士生导师10人）、副教授15人、高级工程师1人。在青年教师中，有省“十大杰出青年”1人，“教育部青年教师奖”获得者1人，省“青蓝工程”学术带头人2人，省“333”工程”学术带头人3人。具有国内外博士学位的教师25人，占专任教师的62%。本学院不仅有以万德钧、黄惟一、翟羽健和周百令教授为代表的老一代学术造诣高、在国内外有一定影响的学术带头人，而且有以长江学者特聘教授赵正旭等为代表的年轻一代的学科带头人。有一支结构合理、团结奋进、富于开拓创新精神的高水平学术梯队。本学科的学术水平、科研成果在国内同类学科中走在前列，某些研究领域接近或达到国际先进水平。截止12月，本学科已招收培养博士生240多名，硕士生450多名，本科生近2400名。[学科建设]本学科专业创建于1960年，原名陀螺仪及导航仪器专业。1961年开始招收研究生。1981年和1984年被国务院学位委员会先后批准为“精密仪器及机械”和“测试计量技术及仪器”两个硕士学位授权点。1990年被批准“精密仪器及机械”博士学位授权点。1994年“精密仪器及机械”学科被江苏省评为第一期省重点建设学科。1998年被国务院学位委员会批准“仪器科学与技术”一级学科博士、硕士学位授权点，使本系具有“精密仪器及机械”、“测试计量技术及仪器”和“导航、制导与控制”三个博士、硕士授权点。1999年教育部批准“精密仪器及机械”学科设立“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授岗。2000年江苏省重点建设学科“精密仪器及机械”通过省评估验收。2001年3月我系参与建设的“211”工程子项目“现代化道路交通系统”通过教育部验收，同年7月教育部批准英国达毕大学工程学院赵正旭教授为我系“精密仪器及机械”学科特聘教授。截止2000年12月，本学科已培养博士生170多名，硕士生250多名，本科生1800多名。本学科总体水平处于国内同类学科前列，并有一定国际影响。未来学科建设规划是：(1) 力争近几年内“精密仪器及机械”学科成为国家重点学科；(2) 力争申报成功“精密仪器及机械”学科为江苏省第二期重点建设学科；(3) 力争在内申报成功“仪器科学与技术”博士后流动站；(4) 力争申报成功一项以本系为重点建设、二项以上为参与建设的“211”二期工程项目；(5) 力争近几年内申报成功“测试计量技术及仪器”学科“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授岗。同时，做好向国内外诚聘“精密仪器及机械”学科第二位特聘教授的宣传、申报与筛选工作；(6) 每年引进博士3～5名，硕士2～3名；(7) 加强国际、国内学术交流与科技合作。[导师介绍]测试计量技术及仪器专业 (以姓氏笔画为序)宋爱国 汪凤泉 黄惟一 李建清精密仪器及机械专业 (以姓氏笔画为序)万德钧王 庆王寿荣张为公周百令赵正旭徐晓苏翟羽健蔡体菁
