压型钢板薄钢板经冷压或冷轧成型的钢材。钢板采用有机涂层薄钢板(或称彩色钢板)、镀锌薄钢板、防腐薄钢板(含石棉沥青层)或其他薄钢板等。压型钢板具有单位重量轻、强度高、抗震性能好、施工快速、外形美观等优点,是良好的建筑材料和构件,主要用于围护结构、楼板,也可用于其他构筑物。根据不同使用功能要求,压型钢板可压成波形、双曲波形、肋形、 V形、加劲型等。屋面和墙面常用板厚为0.4~1.6毫米;用于承重楼板或筒仓时厚度达 2~3毫米或以上。波高一般为10~200毫米不等。当不加劲时,其高厚比宜控制在200以内。当采用通长屋面板,其坡度可采用2~5%,则挠度不超过l/300(l为计算跨长)。 目前在建筑中应用的部分波形见图。压型钢板因原板很薄,防腐涂料的质量直接影响使用寿命,为了适应加工和防锈要求,涂层钢板需按有关规定进行各项检验。一般情况下薄钢板也可根据使用要求,经压型后再涂防锈油漆,或采用不锈钢薄板原板。压型钢板用作工业厂房屋面板、墙板时,在一般无保温要求的情况下,每平方米用钢量约5~11公斤。有保温要求时,可用矿棉板、玻璃棉、泡沫塑料等作绝热材料。压型钢板与混凝土结合做成组合楼板,可省去木模板并可作为承重结构。同时为加强压型钢板与混凝土的结合力,宜在钢板上预焊栓钉或压制双向加劲肋。一些工业发达国家应用压型钢板相当广泛,不仅在工业与民用建筑中大量应用,并且推广到车辆、船舶,仪表箱的壁板和外壳及民用器具等。中国在武汉钢铁厂1.7米轧机工程、上海宝山钢铁总厂及深圳特区等工程的屋面和墙面中大量使用,效果良好。(见彩图)
