磁性微球分子式：CAS号：性质：靶向制剂的一种，即将药物包成带磁性的微球。服用这种制剂后，在体外适当部位用一适宜强度磁铁，将磁性微球引导到体内特定的靶区，使达到需要的浓度。这种载体的特点：(1)将药物随载体被吸引到靶区周围，使靶区很快达到所需浓度，在其他部位分布量相应减少，因此可降低用药剂量；(2)药物极大部分在局部作用，相对减少了药物对人体正常组织的副作用，特别是降低了对肝、脾、肾等造血和排泄系统的损害；(3)加速产生药效，提高疗效。制备磁性微球的方法有加热固化法和加交联剂固化法。
