步进梁式窑分子式：CAS号：性质：由一组固定梁和一组步进移动梁作为坯体运载工具的隧道窑。梁本身为钢结构，其上铺有耐火砖，移动梁下部设有移动机构，使其作步进式移动，移动梁比固定梁略低，坯体或坯体的垫板放在固定梁上。移动时，坯体被移动梁由下向上抬起，向窑尾方向平移一步，移动梁由上向下降落，坯体又被放在固定梁上，已使坯体或垫板前进了一步。移动梁放下坯体后再退回原来位置。如此反复进行。其性能特点是传送制品平稳，提高了坯体人窑成品率，易与前后工序连成自动化生产流水线，但窑的密封比较困难，易漏气，热耗较推板窑大，造价也高。
