农村劳动力结构农村劳动力结构labour force structure in countryside市工业的后备军。第二次世界大战以后，大多数国家的农业得到恢复和发展，农村劳动力结构发生了较大的变化。一些发达的资本主义国家，农业人日占总人口的比重迅速下降，农业劳动力占社会总劳动力的比重也相应下降。这些国家的第一产业产值在社会总产值中所占的比重不断下降;第二产业产值的比重在20世纪50一60年代有所扩大，70年代趋于平衡或下降;第三产业产值的比重则不断扩大。美、英、法和联邦德国等国家 80年代第三产业总产值都已超过了社会总产值的50%，其增长速度不仅超过农业，到70年代以后还超过了工业。与此相应，第三产业的就业人数占总就业人数的比重也不断扩大。发达国家第三产业迅速发展的结果，从第一、第二产业转移出大量劳动力，使社会劳动力结构发生一了根本性变化;而且妇女劳动力在第三产业中大量增加，使劳动力的性别结构发生了显著变化。发达的资本主义国家农业人口占总人口的比重日趋下降的同时，农业生产的专业化、现代化和商品化程度却在不断地提高。但是，这些国家从事农业的相对人数，不是简单地由直接从事农业的人数来决定。在发达资本主义国家中，有许多人是间接地参加农业生产，而在不发达国家，这些人都直接从属于农业。间接参加农业社会化服务组织的劳动力，一般都不属农村人口和农业劳动力。例如美国，1983年直接在农牧场从事农业生产的劳动力为202万人，只占全国社会总劳动力数的1.9%，而为农业服务的各个行业占用的劳动力大约占总劳动力的20%。在不发达国家，农村自然经济还占主导地位，产前、产中、产后的劳动分工不明显，农业劳动力结构就比较简单。从世界范围看，人均国民收入水平越高的国家，直接从事农业的劳动力在全部劳动力中的比重相对越小，而从事第二、第三产业的劳动力所占比重相对越大反之，人均国民收入水平越低的国家，直接从事农业的劳动力所占比重相对越大，而从事第二、第三产业的劳动力所占比重相对越小。社会主义国家的农村劳动力结构，同样是随着经济的发展而不断变化的例如苏联，1926年居住在农村地区的全部劳动者中，有93 .6%从事农业生产，到1978年已下降到60%左右。南斯拉夫，1948年农业人口占全国总人口的别4，到1983年农业人口下降到占总人口的1/3。与此同时，农村劳动力还出现相对老化现象，年轻劳动力不断涌进城市，农村劳动力中老年和妇女所占比重相对较大农村劳动力在产业间的移动与分布，除数量指标外，还有质量指标。在农村中，一方面劳动勺智力状况制约着农业生产力的发展水平:另一方面农业劳动力智力资源状况又受着农业生产力发展水平的制约农业生产力发展水平同农业有机构成是紧密相联的。
