成就行为归因成就行为归因attribution toward achivement behavior成就行为归因(attribution towardachivement behavior)人对自己的成功或失败的原因的认知。维纳(weiner,B.)指出,人在成功或失败时会寻找其原因。这些原因可从两个维度来划分:(l)从控制点上分成内部原因和外部原因。前者指存在于行为者本身的因素,如努力、能力、兴趣、态度、性格等,后者指行为者周围环境中的因素,如任务的难度、他人的赏罚、运气等。(2)从稳定性上分成稳定的原因和不稳定的原因。前者为轻易不会改变的因素,后者为随时可变的因素。归结于不同的原因会引起不同的心理变化。首先,归因将导致人们对下一次成就行为结果的期望发生变化,如果把成就归结为努力或运气等稳定性不强的原因,那么,对下次行为结果的期望与这次行为的实际结果可能不一致。但是,如果把成就行为归结为能力或任务的难度等稳定的因素,那么,对卜一次行为结果的期望往往与这一次成就行为的结果是一致的。其次,归因还使人出现情感反应。把成就归因于内部原因,会出现较强的积极情感或消极情感,但如果把成就行为归因于外部原因就不会出现太强的情感反应。(周国帕撰成立夫审)
