平面布置平面布置plant layoutP 1 ngmian buzhi平面布置(plant layout)确定场地内各组成单元最佳平面位置的设计。组成单元有:建筑物、构筑物、运输线路、管线、绿化和美化等设施。平面布置是在符合物流短顺的前提下，寻求用地面积最省和搬运费用最少的优化方案。平面布置设计的主要内容是，确定工厂布置形式，划分生产街区，配置建、构筑物，布置运输线路及管线，安排绿化用地等。工厂布置形式除单纯的金属压延工厂外，冶金工厂的生产系全过程连续生产的流水作业线，因此，其平面布置属产品型总图布置(produet layoutt即e)，连续贯通型布置系统(straight throughout layouttype)物料无折返、无迁回、循序前进，是产品型总图布置的最佳形式。工厂的具体布置形式，主要取决于地形、地质、场地形状、生产工艺和运输技术等条件。在20世纪8。年代以前，一般将冶金工厂的主要生产设施布置成串联、并联、斜角和直角，或以上几种形式的组合。设计时，要根据具体建设条件选用合适的形式。20世纪80年代以来，冶金工厂的布置倡导采取连续贯通型，物料在厂内流动循序前进。冶金工厂的布置形式要适应不断发展的需要，按建设阶段成系统地分层布置。每一系统构成完整的生产能力，在正常情况下，原、燃料和在制品应在各自的系统内流动。改扩建企业的工厂布置形式要在结合并改善总图布置现状的情况下确定。生产街区根据生产管理上的需要，冶金工厂厂区划分成若干街区。街区以功能划分，即在某一街区内布置以某一生产设施为主体的、包括与其配套的辅助生产、公用和生活设施在内的所有建、构筑物。完整生产周期的冶金工厂厂区，一般划分为:原燃料准备、原燃料加工、冶炼和金属压延等生产街区，机修和仓库等辅助生产街区以及生产管理区。街区是以厂内主、次干道划界的。街区周边要求规整。主、次干道两侧邻街建、构筑物之间的地带称为通道，并按其重要性分为主要通道和次要通道。通道宽度取决于在其间布置的道路、铁路、管线和绿地等需要的占地，并考虑安全、卫生和美观等因素。通道两侧的边线称为建筑红线。街区内任何建、构筑物，包括其附属设施的平面投影，均不能侵入该红线。建、构筑物布置生产性建、构筑物的布置顺序是由物流确定的。两座设施间传递物流的关系，即物流总量或单位时间内的物流量(物流强度)，决定两者间的接近度(c loseness)。接近度大的要邻近布置，接近度小的可稍远布置。对非生产性设施，其接近关系则指两者间管理上的接触频度和设施的共用程度等，频度愈大关系也愈紧密。
