保温技术保温技术technique of insulation保温技术(teehnique of insulation)为减少保温、保冷对象的内、外部热源向对象传递热量而采取的一种工艺措施。从热量运动的形态来看，保温与保冷是有区别的，但人们往往不严格区分，习惯上统称保温。保温技术包括最优绝热材料的选择，最佳保温层厚度的确定，热测试技术;以及绝热保温的可行性研究。它涉及到传热学、热物性学、材料科学、计算科学、热工测试与红外钡l试技术。保温技术涉及到化工、电力、冶金、石油、轻工等儿乎所有的工业部门与建筑部门。保温技术的应用随着科学技术的日益发展，保温在生产建设和人民生活领域中的应用将越来越大。主要有以下几个方面。①减少热能损耗，节约燃料。以火电厂为例，采取良好保温可使热损失降低96一97%。热网管道保温不良可使实际的热损失由设计允许的全年供热量的5%，上升到IG一12%，保温结构损坏部分的热损失甚至可达25~30%。②保证生产工艺流程的需要，提高设备能力。温度参数是许多工业部门实现生产工艺的一个很重要的条件，例如火电厂主蒸气管道的温降如果超过5℃，即不能正常运行。③改善劳动条件，实现安全生产。热力设备和管道保温后，保温表面温度一般不高于50U(当环境气温为25℃时)，各工业发达国家也有类似的规定。例如:法国规定电站锅炉炉墙表面温度与距离lm远的空气温度之差不应大于30℃。日本规定电站管道表面温度与周围空气温度之差不大于20℃。只有在这些规定的表面温度之下才能保证工人有良好的劳动条件，否则，热表面会烫伤操作人员;工人长期在高温环境下工作，也有害身体健康，容易疲劳，降低劳动生产率。④延长设备和管道的运行期限。热力设备缺少良好的保温，会使室内气温升高，传动机械的轴承和马达发热，缩短机械设备的使用寿命，甚至造成设备事故。例如，汽轮机若高压段保温不良，升速时会使轴承振动加剧，以致机组达不到额定转速而被迫停止启动。⑤保持低温，减少冷量损失。在贮存冷却剂的设备和输送管道上进行保冷后，就可以减少冷量损失，保证制冷生产工艺过程的正常进行。⑥预防水管冻结。在冬季，尤其是高寒地区，只有覆盖保温层的水管才允许在计算的有限时间内停止供水。保温结构既阻止外界低温对管道介质的影响，也延滞了管道内水的热量过快地散失。通过室内的水管道也应进行保温，以防管道表面结露而对金属产生腐蚀。设备与管道保温的优化设计主要工作是:①选择最优绝热材料与确定最佳绝热层的厚度。
