笼型感应电动机笼型感应电动机cage induction motor;squirrel cage induction motorlongx}ng gonying dlondongJI笼型感应电动机(eage induetion motor;squirrel eage induetion motor)二次绕组(即电机运行时与外部电源不直接连接的绕组)为笼型绕组的感应电动机。笼型绕组为自行闭合的对称多相绕组,它由插人每个转子槽中的导体和两端的环形端环构成。如果去掉铁芯,剩下的绕组外形象个圆笼,因此称为“笼型绕组”,如图所示。大、中型电机常用铜条插人转子槽内,再在两端焊上铜端环,如图(a)所示;小型电机一般都用铸铝转子,转子导体和端环一次铸出,如图(b)所示。笼型感应电动机结构简单、制造方便、经济耐用,所以应用极广。笼型感应电动机只有在最初起动转矩孔:)1.ITL(TL为起动时的负载转矩)时才能正常起动。电动机起动时除考虑起动转矩外,还应考虑起动电流。普通笼型感应电动机的起动电流倍数1.:/人、4~7,起动转矩倍数认:/TN、1~2。这使得大容量笼型感应电动机或要求重载起动的笼型感应电动机往往不能直接起动.降低最初起动电流的方法有:①降低电源电压;②加大 定子边电阻或电抗;③加大转子 边电阻或电抗。加大最初起动转 矩的方法只有适当加大转子电 阻,但不能过分,否则最初起动转 矩反而可能减小。 笼型感应电动机的转子擂形,热;(c)电极通过导电子炉;6一电极;7一过滩板;有单笼、双笼和深槽三种,相应称为单笼型感应电动机、双笼型感应电动机和深槽式感应电动机。一般多采用单笼型感应电动机,如要求具有较高最初起动转矩时,可选用双笼型和深槽式感应电动机,其特点是起动时转子电阻较大,使最初起动转矩增大和最初起动电流减小;正常运行时转子电阻自动变小,使转子铜耗降低。卿环噜笼型绕组(a)铜条笼型绕组;(b)铃铝笼型绕组
