复方丹参滴丸【通用名称】复方丹参滴丸【其他名称】复方丹参滴丸 复方丹参滴丸 拼音名：Fufang Danshen Diwan 英文名： 书页号：2000年版一部-519 【处方】 丹参 三七 冰片 【性状】 本品为棕色的滴丸；气香，味稍苦。 【鉴别】 (1)取本品15丸，研细，进行微量升华，所得白色升华物，加新配制的1 %香草醛硫酸溶液1滴，液滴边缘渐显玫瑰红色。 (2)取本品40丸，加甲醇10ml，振摇10分钟，于4℃放置24小时，使聚乙二醇析出完 全，滤过，取滤液作为供试品溶液。另取三七皂苷R1对照品，加甲醇制成每1ml含5mg的 溶液，作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法(附录Ⅵ B)试验，吸取供试品溶液15μl、对照 品溶液5μl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以正丁醇－醋酸乙酯-水 (4:1:5)的上层溶 液为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，喷以硫酸乙醇溶液(1→10)，在105℃加热约10分钟。 供试品色谱中，在与对照品色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点。 (3)取本品15丸，加甲醇3ml，超声处理20分钟，滤过，取滤液作为供试品溶液。另 取丹参素钠对照品,加甲醇制成每1ml含1mg的溶液，作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法(附 录Ⅵ B)试验，吸取供试品溶液10μl、对照品溶液5μl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上， 以氯仿－丙酮－甲酸(25:10:4)为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干,置氨蒸气中熏后，置紫外 光灯(365nm)下检视。供试品色谱中，在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的荧光 斑点。 (4)取本品15丸，加少量水，搅拌使溶解后用水稀释至100ml，摇匀，取2ml,加水至 25ml，摇匀，照分光光度法（附录Ⅴ A）测定，在283nm的波长处有最大吸收。 【检查】 应符合滴丸剂项下有关的各项规定(附录ＩＫ)。 【含量测定】 照高效液相色谱法(附录Ⅵ D)测定。 色谱条件与系统适用性试验 用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂；甲醇－ IPR-B7 试剂（庚烷磺酸钠溶液）-水(3:2.5:97)为流动相；检测波长为280nm。理论板数按丹参 素峰计算应不低于1200。 对照品溶液的制备 取丹参素钠对照品适量，精密称定，加甲醇制成每1ml含0.16mg (相当于丹参素0.14mg)的溶液，即得。 供试品溶液的制备 取本品5丸，置10ml量瓶中，加甲醇适量,超声处理2小时，放冷， 加甲醇至刻度，摇匀，用微孔滤膜（0.45μm）滤过，取滤液，即得。 测定法 分别精密吸取对照品溶液5μl与供试品溶液5～10μl，注入液相色谱仪， 测定，即得。 本品每丸含丹参以丹参素(C6H10O5)计，不得少于0.08mg。 【功能与主治】 活血化瘀，理气止痛。用于胸中憋闷，心绞痛。 【用法与用量】 口服或舌下含服，一次10丸，一日3次，4周为一个疗程；或遵医嘱。 【注意】 孕妇慎用。 【规格】 每丸重25mg 【贮藏】 密封。
