压力矫直压力矫直gag straighteningyal一J旧ozhl压力矫直(gag straightening)用活动压头施加压力使安放在两个固定支点间的轧件弯曲而实现的轧件形状缺陷的矫正。压力矫直在压力矫直机上进行。压力矫直机分立式和卧式两种，按动力来源又分为液压传动和机械传动两类。压力矫直时将轧件的弯曲部分放在活动压头下面，向反向弯曲。载荷卸去后，轧件经弹复正好达到平直。若反弯不足，应进行第二次补充矫直。若反弯过头，要在相反方向再进行反弯，直至平直为止。弯曲原理如图所示。纵坐标为力矩M，横坐标为曲率1/R。轧件加载和卸载曲线与工程应力一应变曲线相似。轧件原始曲率为1/r。，为了把轧件矫直就要将轧件反向弯曲到位置1。反弯曲率为1/p，卸载后轧件回弹到位置2‘，弹性回复曲率为1/八，残余曲率为1/r。如果总弯曲曲率以l/R:表示，则1/R二~1/r。+1/p，而反弯曲率可表示为1/p~1/r+1/乃。若残余曲率1/r一。，即位置2与位置2‘重合，轧件变直(矫直)，这时的反弯曲率就与弹复曲率相等，l/p一1/两。压力矫直主要缺点是操作复杂，生产率低，故使用很少。压力矫直一般只作为大型钢材和中厚板在辊式矫直之后的补充矫直(见彩图插页第2页)，或者用于矫直大型钢梁、钢轨及大直径钢管与厚板。 M么七劝一’/R 弯矩M与弯曲曲率1/R的关系 (韦光)
