硐室掘进掘进安装机电设备的硐室与专用硐室的施工作业。硐室通常包括水泵房、变电所、箕斗装载硐室、破碎机硐室、等候室、调度室等,其形状与规格变化很大,施工较复杂。根据硐室的断面大小及岩层的稳定情况,有以下几种施工方法:全断面一次掘进法用于稳定的岩层,全断面一次爆破,一次支护,工作空间大,可用高效率的大型机械施工设备,如凿岩台车、大型装岩机等。(见彩图) 台阶工作面掘进法分正台阶与倒台阶两类,用于较稳定的岩层。正台阶工作面掘进(图1)时,上台阶超前,超前部分可用锚喷或其他临时支架维护;下台阶掘出后,全断面进行永久支护。如顶板不够稳定,可在超前部分砌好拱部永久支护,下台阶掘出后再砌墙接拱。倒台阶工作面掘进时,下台阶超前,超前部分先砌墙,上台阶掘出后再砌拱部永久支护。有时,将上台阶爆破下来的矸石当临时工作台进行砌。 台阶高度一般为2.2~3.0m,宽度即硐室的宽度。台阶超前距离根据凿岩、装岩设备及工作组织确定,一般为3~5m。导硐掘进法岩层不够稳定时,先掘进小断面导硐,然后逐次扩大并砌。按导硐位置分中央(单侧)和双侧两种掘进方式。① 中央(或单侧)掘进 高度和宽度较大的硐室施工时,可将导硐置于中央下部便于向两侧对称地逐步扩大。某侧有特殊要求,可采用单侧导硐施工,如水泵房应在吸水井一侧先掘导硐,并掘砌吸水井,使该侧墙基与吸水井施工成为整体,再逐步扩大与砌。② 双侧掘进 大断面硐室施工时,先从最下层两侧墙基位置挖掘两个小导硐,将墙基与墙砌好;小导硐一直掘砌到硐室尽端后,再掘砌第二分层的小导硐;爆破的部分矸石填作工作台,便于向上施工直到硐室顶部。做好永久支护,最后将中间残留岩柱挖出(图2)。目前,用先拱后墙,上、下导硐,开掘大型硐室法已获成功,如配合光面爆破、锚喷等效果更好。根据硐室用途的要求,做好通风、防潮、防水和防渗处理。对于重要硐室,须进行围岩变形和支护受力监测工作。有些与井筒直接相连的硐室,其永久支护应与井筒的永久支护同时施工,以提高其整体性和封水性(见巷道与硐室支护)。
