电屏蔽功能复合材料分子式:CAS号:性质:由导电纤维与树脂基体复合,具有对电磁波产生屏蔽作用的功能复合材料。它是由导电的金属或非金属的丝(纤维)或颗粒与树脂基体复合而成的,应具有一定的导电率(一般要求表面电阻<102Ω/cm2)。这种材料的屏蔽效应主要有反射作用(约为80%),其余尚有部分吸收作用(约20%),它既能屏蔽外界对电器内部的干扰,亦可防止电器内部信号向外泄漏。采用树脂复合材料形式主要可以方便地加工成各种复杂形状,同时又比全金属屏蔽罩明显减轻了重量。采用碳纤维镀镍作为导电体与各种高性能热塑性树脂形成的复合材料具有很好的屏蔽效果。例如含25%该种纤维的聚碳酸酯复合材料的屏蔽效果可达40~50dB,而含30%该种纤维的聚醚醚酮基复合材料的屏蔽效果则高达50~60dB。
