铜置换沉淀铜置换沉淀cementation of coppertong zhihuan ehendion铜置换沉淀(eementation of eopper)利用铁或其他比铜更活泼的金属从含铜水溶液中置换出金属铜的过程,为湿法炼铜流程的组成部分。除铁以外,其他如铝和锌等也可用于置换铜,但由于铁的来源广、费用低,实际上已成为工业上惟一用以置换铜的置换沉淀剂。从溶液中置换沉淀铜的反应为:Meo+CuZ+一一如Cuo+MeZ+此法多用于处理含杂质多或含铜量少的溶液。通常所处理的硫酸盐溶液,除铜之外,还含有两价和三价铁、游离硫酸以及其他杂质。一般置换沉淀铜的溶液含铜0.5一159/L。溶液中含铜量多,铜置换沉淀过程快,所得沉淀含铜量也高。三价铁是溶液中有害的杂质。过量的游离酸存在,会增加置换沉淀剂铁的消耗量。按置换反应计算,铁的理论消耗量为每沉淀析出一单位质量的铜需要0.874单位质量的铁。实际上沉淀析出一单位质量的铜需要消耗1一 2.5单位质量的铁。加速置换反应的最好办法是使沉淀液循环流动或搅拌溶液,让置换沉淀剂保持新鲜表面。置换沉淀法所用的设备有置换沉淀渠道、置换沉淀池(或槽)和旋转圆筒等。国际上已研制出一些高效的置换沉淀设备,并已用于工业生产。如圆锥沉淀器,溶液在装置内被压向上作旋转运动而通过碎铜屑,它具有生产能力大而铁耗低等特点。铁置换沉淀法特别适于处理电解沉积法不能处理的含铜量低的溶液,所用设备简单,操作容易,建设投资小,废铁价廉易得,所以生产成本也低,是应用最为普遍的一种铜化学沉淀法。(郑定蕃)
