世界近代农业经济史世界近代农业经济史world agricultural economic history of modern times世界近代农业经济史(world agrieulturaleeonomie history of modern times)世界各上要国家农业近代化的变革历程，包括上地占有方式从封建所有制转变为资本主义所有制:农业经营方式由自然经济过渡到商品经济;土地利用方式以轮栽制取代三圃制及休闲制。资本主义土地所有制形成农业中资本主义土地所有制的实现，以英国为最早也最典型。它的特征是使用暴力(圈地运动)把小农从土地上驱逐出去，而将其上地转归从封建贵族转化来的大土地所有者。从14世纪起，由于商品与货币关系渗入农村而使农奴制逐渐瓦解，农奴成为有人身自由的佃册农(copyholder)。他们和地主形成契约租佃关系，承租地主土地，以自己的耕畜、犁具独立进行耕作。15世纪时佃册农与自己占有上地的自由持有农(f reeholder)统称为自耕农(yeomall)，成为农民中的主体。15世纪末至16世纪，随着城乡毛纺工业的发展，对羊毛的需求增加，需用更多的牧场来饲养羊群，于是，以暴力来圈占上地。在圈地进行过程中，减少耕地以开辟新放牧地。不仅公有的荒地，而且农民租用的和自有的土地也有被侵占的。进入18世纪后半叶，圈地运动从过去居民较少的地区推及人口较多的地区当受到更强烈的反对时，就由国会通过立法强制加以推行。圈地于是成为合法行动而得以大规模的加紧推行。截至19世纪，自耕农中大多已沦为无产者，少数则成为租地农场主。农业中形成了地主、农业资本家和农业一L人三个阶级。资本主义在英国农业中取得了决定性的胜利。法国在1789年资产阶级革命前，全部土地都属于封建主所有，其中贵族占宝/5，国王及教会各占l厂5。土地拥有者大多不直接经营，而是把土地分成许多小块出租给农民，用契约规定租期、租额，农民可世代相传长期耕种。在资产阶级革命进程中，当雅各宾派掌权时，曾把土地分配给或按低价售给农民。广大农民获得一定数量上地，建立起小土地所有制。1804年公布的《拿破仑法典》对农民的私有土地明确给予保证。贫困的小农借助于农村高利贷，得以延续与土地分离的过程到19世纪40年代末，以上地为抵押的债务已高达8()亿法郎，利息为6一8%，从而使农民处境日益恶化。按法国惯例，农村通行多子继承权。随着人口的增长，在分产析户的基础上，小农农户在数量上也不断增多，经营的地块也愈益细碎。在部分小农经济分化破产后，少数富农趁机收购上地，建起资本主义农场。在资产阶级革命时期掠夺了大量土地的资产阶级和一部分保留J’领地的贵族，除仍出租小块土地，有的也开始实行资本主义经营。
