怎佯鉴别机械噪声源?为了控制机械噪声和振动,首先必须判明产生振动或噪声的部位,常用的鉴别方法主要有:(1)主观鉴别法,即用耳朵来判断机械噪声源及其主次,因为人的耳脑系统本身就是相当灵敏的感觉系统,因此它能够正确地区分各种声音.这种判断的结果,可做噪声源定位的一般了解。(2)分步运转法,即对于复杂的机械,可以分步断开某些部件,以区别各部分噪声对整机噪声的影响。(3)选择隔离法,将机器罩上各部分可分离的密封外壳,然后露出不同的部位,分别测量机器各部位所辐射的噪声及其特性。(4)近场测量法,即把传声器靠近机械噪声源进行测量,由此得到机器上各噪声源的位置和判明主要噪声源的部位。(5)表面振速法,即用速度传感器阅出机器表面各处的振动速度,通过振动的频谱分折,并与噪声的频谱分析和比较,鉴别出主要噪声源的部位。(6)相关函数法,即用自相关函数法检测随机信号中的确定性周期信号,用相关函数法建立时间滞后,来确定信号通过系统的时间和传递通道,再用相关函数法来确定噪声的来源。
