SWIFT网络系统SWIFT网络系统机构参与联网。与此同时，CHIpS系统还承办国内外金融机构之间的清算业务。1970年前所有的国际间的票据交换由代理银行经纽约票据交换中』心完成清算。Clll玲系统的建成并通过与S职几FT网的连接，任何金融机构之间的资金往来都可经由S职月FT和CHllS系统自动完成。【S职几FT网络系统】 一“1.SW卫理简介SWu理网是国际银行间金融通信协会(Soclety for Worldwide玩tethank Financial Telecom-~ications)为实现各国银行之间外汇结算业务而建立的电子化网络系统，SW狂，1，是取代原有的以邮递或电报为主要通信手段而开发的金融数据通信计算机处理系统。印年代后期，国际贸易活动急剧增加，跨国商业业务及资本投资活动日渐增多，.这种现状使得国际间银行业务变得日趋繁忙，以邮递、电报为主要通信手段的结算及外汇汇兑无法适应国际范围日益发展的贸易和投资活动需要。基于这种客观情况，1969一1970年由欧洲七家银行提出共同研究开发一个通信系统的设想，目标是为各家银行提供快速的国际间金融数据及信息传递服务，1971年由60家银行合作提出了一个“信息交换项目”，正式开始了该通信网的研究。1973年5月，来自巧个国家的239家银行正式组成了国际银行金融通信协会即 S.w.I.F.T，总部设在比利时的布鲁塞尔。该项目从1974年8月开始设计，经过两年开发，于1976年10月开始测试运行，1977年5月系统正式运行，为巧国的439家会员行服务，称为S节几FT系统I，1982年开始设计SWIFI，系统E，1990年SW狂T系统I和且同时运行。目前已有包括中国银行在内的约3《X刃家银行参加该系统。2.系统结构特点SWIF’r网络系统的基础是设在世界各地的银行计算中心，各中心通过租用国家或商业的高速通信线路互连在一起，同时各个银行中心又被连接到会员集中区的区域处理中心。通过银行内部的计算机终端作接口连接到S职几FT网上。SWlf，T系统可以与各种大型小型微型计算机连接，并提供了SWU工软件和为不同厂家计算机配套的接口设备以达到兼容。SW卫叮系统在荷兰和美国设立了两个运行管理中心，连同比利时总部中心，协调和管理系统运行。该系统的主要业务范围有:客户汇兑;信用证;银行汇兑;旅行支票;借/贷通知;单据/确认;借贷报告;支付;外汇兑换和金融市场认可;收款;贷款汇单;银行债券交易;结算报单。SW开，I，系统的一个重要特点是采用国际标准的通信格式，很容易为银行所撑握。这使得SW卫可系统能在全球范围内运行，并提供抖小时全天服务。
