疫病主要指由疫霉属(Phytophthora)真菌引起的植物病害。表现为叶斑、幼苗猝倒、根茎腐、冠腐、枝干溃疡和果实腐烂等,植株受害部位产生边缘不明显的黑褐色水渍状病斑,可迅速引起病部的坏死和腐烂,空气潮湿时,病部尤其是叶背面产生疏松的白色霉层,即病菌的孢囊梗和孢子囊。疫病可导致对植物的毁灭性破坏。在全世界广泛分布,高温、高湿地区尤其猖獗。在中国对农业威胁较大的疫病主要有由棕榈疫霉 (P.palmivora)引起的橡胶树割面条溃疡和季风性落叶病、胡椒瘟病,由寄生疫霉(P.nicotianae var.parasitica)引起的剑麻斑马纹病,由致病疫霉 (P.infestans)引起的马铃薯晚疫病、番茄晚疫病等。(见彩图)疫霉属真菌中不同种的寄生性程度差别很大,寄生程度高的如致病疫霉有生理分化现象,存在许多不同的生理小种。各种疫霉菌的寄主范围也很不相同,如致病疫霉只侵染 1~2种植物,而樟疫霉可危害50科273个属。有的一种植物上可以发生好几种疫霉病,如橡胶树、柑橘、番茄、茄子等。病菌以卵孢子、厚壁孢子或菌丝体越冬,寄生程度高的疫霉菌在植物的枝条、贮藏器官或病残体上存活,寄生程度低的还可在土壤内存活。以孢子囊内的游动孢子引起初侵染和再侵染,病菌从植物的自然孔口或伤口侵入。在田间主要通过气流、雨水和灌溉水传播。由于病程短,再侵染发生频繁,在多雨潮湿的条件下疫病的流行速度特别快。防治可采取选育抗病品种、做好田园清洁、减少侵染源,以及加强栽培管理等措施。由于疫病流行速度快,生长季应做好发生和流行的预测预报,并及时喷药控制蔓延。药剂中铜制剂、有机硫剂、有机氯剂等是较好的保护剂;乙磷铝和瑞多霉是较好的内吸治疗剂。
