1.Objective :To improve the curitive effect of apoplectic aphasia s linguistic trainingand to offer the clinical foundation for standardizing the acupuncture on apoplectic aphasia The article is aiming to investigate the different effect of acupuncture on apoplectic aphasia, acupuncture on apoplectic aphasia of main points on the head and tongue and the single sustaining therapeutic .本文对63例中风失语症患者随机对照性分为头舌针治疗组、体针治疗组和单纯支持疗法对照组三组，每组各21例，观察各组间的疗效差异及病程、年龄、发病次数等因素对失语症康复的影响，为进一步探索提高中风失语症康复训练疗效和规范中风失语症的针刺治疗提供临床依据。
2.Objective : To observe the efficacy of "xingnao kaiqiao" method in apoplectic aphasia treatment.目的:观察醒脑开窍法治疗中风失语症的临床疗效以及治疗前后的血液流变学和脑血流的变化。
