测长干涉仪测长干涉仪interferometer for length measurementCechang gansheyi测长干涉仪(interferometer for length~ure-叮峪nt)用于长度精密测量的干涉仪的总称。随着测量对象和测量不确定度的不同，测长干涉仪的结构和类型也各不相同。其基本原理是使被测长度与干涉仪中两光路的光程差相联系，并通过干涉仪的干涉图像或干涉图像的变化对光程差进行测量而得到被测长度，即以十分小的光“波长”为尺子测量长度。它等于对应于被测长度的干涉级次与光半波长之乘积。依测t方法可分为两大类:干涉条纹计数法和小数重合法。干涉条纹计数法采用电子计数技术得出对应于被测长度的干涉级次，不足一条干涉条纹的小数部分则忽略不计;小数重合法则采用几种不同的波长测l干涉级次的小数部分，并计算得到干涉级次的整数部分。干涉仪的结构和测量环境条件对测量结果均有影响，故必须对测t结果进行修正，最后得到被测长度。例如，干涉仪人射光孔的修正，以及空气的压强、温度、湿度对光波长的影响的修正等。(倪育才)
