岩体人工改造改变岩体的组成成分或岩体结构、岩体赋存环境,以达到工程活动目的的措施。岩体改造的目标有两个方面:其一是强化或加固岩体,增强岩体的自稳能力。如为了提高隧道稳定性而用锚固、灌浆或卸载环等技术对岩体结构或围岩中应力状态进行的改造。其二是弱化岩体,增加岩体可采性和解体性,以满足工程活动要求。如在采矿过程中为增加岩体的可采性或自动冒落能力,而用注水、压裂等技术对岩体进行的弱化处理。在岩体改造工作中必须明确改造的目的和目标,以便选择能取得最佳效果的技术措施。岩体改造技术措施的选择,决定于岩体改造内容和改造对象。岩体可改造的对象有 3个方面:①组成岩体的成分──岩石;②岩体结构;③岩体赋存的环境。组成岩石的矿物是不易改造的,岩石改造的主要内容是改造其联结状态。如为了增加岩体的强度或刚度,可用灌浆的方法提高其联结力,增加其密度;为了降低其强度或刚度,可用水或酸破坏其联结能力,降低其密度。岩体结构改造的目标是增加或破坏岩体的连续性和完整性。要针对岩体结构的类型,采用不同的技术措施。如为了强化处理,对碎裂结构岩体可用预应力锚索增加作用于软弱结构面的法向应力和提高弱面强度;对板裂结构岩体,可采用预埋串层锚杆的方法提高组合板的刚度和缩短板裂体自由段长度;对完整结构或断续结构岩体,最重要的是愈合表面裂纹,提高其抗拉能力,最适宜的方法是喷射高标号砂浆。为了提高喷层的抗拉强度可增加玻璃纤维或钢纤维,比较多的是采用钢筋网。改造岩体赋存环境,多是对岩体中地下水条件进行改造,主要是通过疏干、排水或注水措施,强化或弱化岩体的力学性能。近年来对地应力条件改造也有很大进展。如利用支护和预应力锚固的方法提高环境应力,以提高岩体的自稳能力的技术,已在隧道施工中广泛采用。用切缝或钻孔的方法降低围岩刚度,使高应力水平区向岩体内部转移,提高围岩稳定性的技术,也取得了一定成果。
