肿瘤标记物肿瘤标记物是指肿瘤组织产生的可以反映肿瘤自身存在的化学物质，又称肿瘤标志物。这类物质可以是大分子的蛋白质(包括肽类激素和酶)，也可以是小分子的脂类和氨基酸衍生物。理想的肿瘤标志物应该是肿瘤组织所特有而不存在于正常组织。然而迄今为止，还未找到这种正常组织中绝对不存在的肿瘤特异成分，故肿瘤标志物一般是指肿瘤组织和相应的正常组织相比，增高特别明显而有显著意义的化学成分。同一肿瘤可含有多种肿瘤标记物，而不同肿瘤或同种肿瘤的不同组织类型除有共同的标志物外，也可有不同的标志物。也即某一肿瘤的标志物对另一肿瘤来说不一定是标志物，而某一组织的正常产物对另一组织来源的肿瘤却可成为较好的肿瘤标志物。肿瘤标志物不仅可以用于肿瘤的诊断和鉴别，还可用于治疗效果的观察和预后的估计。在妇产科常用的肿瘤标记物包括蛋白质肿瘤标记物：甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、癌抗原CA125、CA153，鞘糖脂类肿瘤标记物CA199，激素类肿瘤标记物HCG等。
