有机磷有机磷是含磷有机化合物,种类繁多,农业上广泛用来杀虫、杀菌及杀螨,具有蒜臭味,很容易被人体胃肠道、皮肤、眼睛或呼吸道吸收,造成局部或全身性影响。若防护不佳,很可能喷洒或处理过程中不慎中毒。有机磷对人体的主要危害是,它会与体内的乙酰胆碱酯脢结合,使乙酰胆碱无法被水分解。轻者视力模糊、头痛、晕眩、疲倦、流泪、流涎、腹痛、呕吐、胸闷、恶心、烦闷不舒服、多汗、下痢或轻微运动失调。严重者可能导致瞳孔缩小、呼吸困难、肌肉纤维振颤或乏力、全身痉挛、意识模糊、瞳孔反应消失或昏迷、肺水肿、大小便失禁等,最后因气管收缩,呼吸道分泌物过多,横膈肌收缩乏力,致呼吸中枢系统衰竭而死亡。有机磷中毒的严重程度与有机磷种类、中毒剂量、人体对毒物吸收以及排除速率有关。一般而言,除了极少数有机磷农药(如芬杀松等 )较慢出现症状,大部份在中毒后几分钟到十二小时之间,便会出现症状,中毒后未经治疗而死亡,多发生在六小时内。中毒后尽早发现并做适当处理,往往会在急性期过后慢慢康复,因此适当防范与急救处理十分重要。
