8官方网页[编辑]简介威灵顿教育机构张沛松纪念中学是一间位于香港将军澳宝林的中学，由威灵顿教育机构于1997年创办，并以威灵顿中学第一任校长张沛松命名。全校共有27班，学生人数约一千人，校长是蔡伟文，校监是张达全。[编辑]历史威灵顿教育机构张沛松纪念中学前身为私校威灵顿中学，后来由于教育署规定资助中学须有永久校舍，而地铁公司拒绝把德福花园校舍售予校方，加上由于该校校风渐趋恶劣，于是该教育机构渐把资源由威灵顿中学转向张沛松中学，以准备把威灵顿中学结束。在学校成立初期，张沛松中学教师多数是由威灵顿中学调任。历任校长：郭渭光先生 1997 - 蔡伟文先生 -[编辑]收生张沛松中学的中一新生，多是来自第二及第三的派位组别。在近年，第二组别学生的比例逐渐上升，在，约有三分一的中一学生是来自第二组别。预科收生方面，原校学生一般只要在中学会考最佳六科有十四分，便能在收生阶段一获取录。若原校学生在中学会考考获中六入学最低资格(六科及格或五科及格并且总分高于八分)，有机会在阶段三获取录。但由于近年区内中六学位供应紧张，因此阶段二剩余学位不多，故只有极少数学生可在阶段三获取录。在阶段二报读该校的同学必须在中学会考最佳六科有十四分及中英文合格。该校在阶段二不太受欢迎，不少在阶段二获取录的学生都表示因为不获其他学校取录才选择张沛松中学。早年，该校的预科生多数来自迦密主恩中学，但近年以原校学生为主。另外，该校亦有取录外校的中五重读生。学生在中学会考最佳六科获八分以上及中英文及格可报读该校的中五重读。以往，该校会安排一些中四校内成绩未如理想的同学留级或转校，故有较多的学位取录外校重读生。自，有被安排转校的学生家长向传媒投诉后，张沛松中学停止该做法，自此该校的中五重读学位大幅减少。[编辑]教学语言该校为一所中文中学，中一至中五除了英国语文及普通话科外，所有科目均以粤语及中文授课。虽然官方资料显示该校的预科科目大部份以英文授课，但事实上，学生可自由选择应考高级程度会考使用的语言，一般而言，原校升读预科的同学多数会选择以中文应考，因此该校的中六及中七实际上是使用双语教学。另外，虽然学校的会考课程以中文教授，但外校重读生可选择以英文收读。[编辑]训导工作与成立早年相比，张沛松中学的校风已改善不少。然而，该校学生的纪律仍然参差，校内有少部份学生自称有黑帮背景，但一般相信他们只是区内的一些童党组织。该校的训导工作措施非常果段，例如为了杜绝学生在厕所内吸烟，在午膳时间把学校的大部份厕所上锁，只余下底层的一间男厕及一间女厕供学生使用。而且在推行留堂班计划，所有欠交功课的学生即日留堂补做，所有违反校规的学生，即日留堂至下午五时。若是涉及严重违规，则会视乎情况决定处理方式。有学生批评该校的训导工作过于严格，训多于导，而且赏罚不分。对于轻微违规的学生施与重罚，但对多次严重违规的学生却加以姑息。但亦有人认为该校校风得以改善，是训导老师对不良学生循循善诱的结果。[编辑]学业成绩该校学生在公开试的表现平平，与学校成立初年比较，学生近年在公开试成绩稍有进步。该校在成立预科以来，学生一直以外校生为主，但以后，该校的预科生有多于一半是由原校的中五学生升读。该校的预科生升读大学学位的比率偏低，每年有大约十至二十位学生升读本地大学的学士课程，他们大多是中六时转校的学生,直至为止，只有一名张沛松中学的原校生能透过联招入读本地大学。另外，该校在有两位在中学会考生物科最得a级成绩的同学在高级程度会考生物科不及格(全港只有五位a级同学不及格。令人啧啧称奇。[编辑]校外比赛该校在校外比赛表现不太突出，甚少在校际的体育比赛得奖。但在某些学术比赛表现出色，如校际的机器人比赛。另外，自起，该校修读通识教育的中六学生每年也会参加由消费者委员会举办的消费文化考察报告比赛，每年也有得奖。是该校较为出色的校外比赛项目。[编辑]官方网页[[1]]
