湿疹湿疹eczema多种内外因素引起的表浅性皮肤炎症疾病。皮疹对称。多形性，为多数帽针头大密集红色丘疹、水疱、脓疱损害，继而变成糜烂、结痂，反复发作变为苔藓样变，这为慢性湿疹，对内外因素敏感，有渗出倾向，极易反复发作；病程短，炎症重，皮疹以原发损害为主，如红斑、丘疹、水疱等为急性湿疹；病程中等，炎症减轻，皮疹以继发损害为主者为亚急性湿疹。发生于特殊部位者，各有其特性，且顽固难治。如手部湿疹、乳房湿疹、耳部湿疹、阴囊湿疹、女阴湿疹、肛门湿疹、钱币性湿疹等等。治疗时应注意避免内外不利因素，如搔抓、洗烫、过敏性食物等等。内用抗组胺药、注射钙剂、给维生素C、内服中药等可治疗急性、亚急性湿疹，也可外用焦油类制剂、皮质类固醇激素等。
