并联电容器并联电容器shunt capacitorb Ingllond一onrongql并联电容器(shunt eapaeitor)并联连接于电力网中,主要用来补偿感性无功功率以改善功率因数的电容器。并联电容器在电力网中使用的数t很大,大约相当于发电机安装容量的(40~50)%,与同步调相机相比,它的主要优点是投资少,能耗低,运行维护方便,运行费用低,可以分散安装,就地补偿。缺点是无功出力不能平滑调节,当电网电压下跌时,其无功出力按电压平方的比例下降。主要类型按电极形式不同,并联电容器可分为金属箔电容器和金属化电容器。金属箔电容器(metal foil eapaeitor)金属箱电容器内部的固体介质有纸、纸一膜复合和全膜三种。目前,纯纸介质已很少使用,广泛使用的是纸主膜复合介质和全膜。因为纯纸介质的损耗大,可靠性差,经济性也不好。膜介质损耗小,抗电强度高,经济性好。由于膜与膜之间枯合紧密,毛吸孔小,所以全膜介质有浸演不好的问题,但目前采用了膜的表面粗化和箱的压花技术,可以解决浸演不好问题,所以全膜介质的使用是当今的主流。全膜电容器的损耗只有0.2~0.SW/k var,比特性好,仅0.2 kg/kvar。金属箔电容器内部是用绝缘油浸演的。过去常用的是矿物电容器油,由于这种矿物油的局部放电特性不好,现已逐渐被淘汰。目前应用最多的浸演剂有十二烷基苯、硅油、偏苯、二芳基乙烷、异丙基联苯及其与二芳基乙烷混合液、单节基甲苯和双节基甲苯混合液。这些液体介质的主要特点是局部放电特性较好,特别是低温时的局部放电特性好,所以广为使用。金属箱电容器可分为单台电容器和集合式电容器。单台电容器是由一个或多个电容器元件以串、并联的方式组装于单个外壳中,这种电容器的最大容量可达1700 kvar。集合式电容器是将若干个单台电容器集装于一个油箱中,可以做成三相,也可做成单相.这种电容器的特点是安装方便,占地面积小,维护工作量小。三相集合式电容器最大容量可做到1。。00 kvar。单台电容器容量在334 kvar及以下时,外壳采用薄钥板焊接成,内部浸演剂由于温度的变化而引起体积的变化是通过薄钢板的膨胀和收缩来平衡的。当单台容量较大时,由于浸演剂量大,薄钢板的胀、缩不能完全补偿由于温度的变化而引起浸演剂体积的变化,油橡胶密封固定等办法进行密封。电容器元件经申、并联后组成芯子,经预烘、试验合格后装人外壳内装配好,再经高真空干燥处理、浸演处理和封口等工序,即成电容器产品。
