雄性生殖系统雄性生殖系统malereproductivesystem雄性动物体内完成生殖过程的器官总称。包括生殖腺和生殖管，部分脊椎动物还有副性腺和交配器。雄性脊椎动物的生殖系统包括精巢（睾丸）、附睾、输精管、副性腺及阴茎等结构。精巢又称睾丸，是产生精子和分泌雄性激素的器官。左右各一，多呈卵圆形。精巢内部实质被结缔组织的中隔分为许多睾丸小叶。每个睾丸小叶内含有迂回盘旋的曲细精管。精子即由曲细精管的上皮细胞发育而来。曲细精管在靠近纵隔的地方汇合成直细精管，进入纵隔交织成睾丸网，再由此发出十余条输出管，穿出白膜后形成附睾头。曲细精管之间的结缔组织中含有间质细胞，间质细胞能产生雄性激素，能促进附属生殖器官的正常发育和功能，并促进副性征的出现。间质细胞属于精巢的内分泌部分，其所分泌的雄性激素不经导管，而直接进入血液，随血液循环流到全身。正因此，结扎雄性的输精管能停止生育，但并不影响副性征的出现和维持。附睾和输精管附睾是运送和暂存精子的管道，在运送过程中，精子继续发育终至完全成熟。附睾是细长屈曲的小管，附睾头直接和精巢相连，主要由来自睾丸网的输出管组成。输出管由附睾头伸出后汇集成一条长而弯曲的附睾管，附睾管沿睾丸侧面和后端迂回盘旋形成附睾体和附睾尾。输精管是雄性动物的生殖管道。由附睾尾的末端起始，经腹股沟管上升入腹腔，到膀胱背侧折返，在膀胱颈处加粗，形成输精管膨大，其后延长与尿生殖道相连。尿生殖道是排尿和排精的共同通道。副性腺哺乳动物的精液中除精子和少量液体是由精巢和附睾产生以外，其余部分是由副性腺所分泌。副性腺的分泌物构成精子活动的适宜环境。增加射出精液的量、促进精子在雌性生殖道内的活动能力，并供给精子以营养。重要的副性腺有精囊、前列腺和尿道球腺3种。①精囊。位于膀胱基部和输精管膨大部的背面。精囊的分泌物可以稀释精液。②前列腺。位于精囊腺后方。前列腺的分泌物呈碱性，能中和阴道的酸性物质，也可吸收精子在代谢过程中所产生的二氧化碳，从而有助于精子的活动。③尿道球腺。又称考珀氏腺（Cowper"sgland），位于尿道背壁、前列腺后方，腺体表面被球海绵体肌所覆盖，在交配时，尿道球腺首先分泌，其分泌物起着冲洗尿道及阴道、中和阴道内酸性液以利于精子存活的作用。阴茎雄性的交配器官。阴茎体主要由成对的阴茎海绵体和包围着尿道的尿道海绵体所构成，海绵体由特殊的血管窦形成。交配时，海绵体充血变硬，使阴茎呈勃起状态。阴茎前端形成膨大的龟头，阴茎外面被覆有包皮，有些哺乳动物在海绵体之间生有阴茎骨，可增加阴茎的硬度。
