测量方法测量方法method of measurementCeliangfo嘟a测t方法(吮山司ofmea旧urelr比nt)进行测t时所用的，按类别叙述的一组操作逻辑次序。测量方法可按不同方式分为若干种。对于那些已规范化的测t方法，一般均有国家标准、行业标准、检定规程等类技术规范加以规定。生产部门往往也通过制定的工艺程序或要求，规定测量方法。测量方法直接影响测t结果的可靠程度。制定测量方法的依据一般是最大允许测t误差或最大可接受的不确定度，再加上经济上的考虑。直接测黄法和间接浏童法不对与被测量有函数关系的其他量进行侧量，而是直接得到被测量的测量方法称为直接测量法。为了进行某种修正，虽需要对其他t进行测量以确定修正值，这种测量方法仍属直接测t。例如用压力表测量流体压力、用水银温度计测t温度、用祛码通过天平对某种物体的质量进行测t，通过对与被测量有函数关系的其他量的测量，按给定函数关系计算出被测量的方法，称为间接测量法。设被侧 ty’(输出量)与直接测量的量X‘(摘出量)之间，有函数关系: Y‘=F(X厂，X犷，…，X二)它们对应的估计值(测量结果)Y，X:，瓜，…，抵之间有: Y二F(X，，瓜，…，寿)上述函数关系式称为测量模型或测量的数学模型，随侧t原理、方法而不同。例如:通过物体体积及其质量的测t得出物体密度(翰出量)，通过导线长度、截面积以及电阻的测量得出电阻率(翰出量)。基本浏童法和定义浏1法通过量制中基本量的侧t以确定被测量大小的方法称为基本测量法。通过国际单位制(SI)的7个基本量中的某几个，可测出某个导出t的大小。如通过距离和时间的测量以求出速度(愉出量)，通过电流和时间的测量以求出电荷量(输出t)。根据被测量单位的定义进行测量的方法称为定义测t法，例如通过电阻的Sl单位n定义为: 10二IV·A一l通过电压与电流的测里得出电阻。实际上，更多的情况下，是按量的定义方程进行测量。上例中，可按电阻R定义为电压U与电流I的定义式R二Ull进行侧t。特别是在定义方程中出现非“1”的系数时，不能按定义测量法，而必须按量的定义方程。此外，不是所有导出量都可以按定义测量法测量的，例如运动粘度的sI单位为衬/。，却不能通过长度和时间来测量这一导出量。
