1.Objective To explore the relationship between acute physiology and chronic health evaluation II score(APACHEII) and serum prealbumin and lipid levels,and study the effect of serum prealbumin and lipid levels on prognosis and condition of critically ill patients admitted to EICU(emergent intensive care unit) within the first 24 hours.目的探讨危重病患者急性生理学及慢性健康状况评分II(acute physiology and chronic health evaluation II , APACHEII )与血清前白蛋白( Serum prealbumin,SPAB)和血脂(lipid)水平的关系;研究急诊监护室(emergent intensive care unit,EICU)的危重病患者入院时的血清前白蛋白和血脂水平对病情程度和预后判断的价值和意义。

人体功能状况评分人体功能状况评分人体功能状况评分标准以Karnofsky(KPS)评分和ZubrodECOGWHO评分常用，其计分标准如下：①Karnofsky(KPS)评分：评分为100者正常，无症状及体征；评分为90者能进行正常活动，有轻微症状及体征；评分为80者勉强可进行正常活动，有一些症状或体征；评分为70者生活可自理，但不能维持正常生活或工作；评分为60者有时需人扶助，但大多数时间可自理；评分为50者常需人照料；评分为40者生活不能自理，需特别照顾；评分为30者生活严重不能自理；评分为20者病重，需住院积极支持治疗；评分为10者病危，临近死亡；评分为0者死亡。②ZubrodECOGWHO(ZPS)评分:0正常活动；1有症状，但几乎完全可自由活动；2有时卧床，但白天卧床时间不超过50%；3需要卧床，卧床时间白天超过50%；4卧床不起；5死亡。
