氮的矿化—生物固持作用氮的矿化—生物固持作用mineralization-immobilization of nitrogen氮的矿化一生物固持作用(mineralization-immobilization of nitrogen)土壤有机态氮的矿化及无机态氮的生物固持作用的简称。是土壤中不断进行的两个方向相反的生物学过程。氮素矿化作用土壤中有机态氮经土壤微生物的分解形成钱或氨的过程。氮紊生物固持作用土壤微生物同化无机态氮,将其转化成细胞体中有机态氮的过程。所新形成的微生物生物量态氮的生物分解性很高。但是,随着时间的推移,这种氮经逐步转化而形成的复杂的有机态氮,其分解性即显著降低,并逐渐接近于土壤原有的有机质的生物分解性。氮的矿化一生物固持作用两过程的相对强弱,受到能探物质的种类和数量(主要是有机物质的化学组成和碳氮比),以及水热条件等的强烈影响。当易分解的能源物质过量存在(碳氮比大于25~30)时,无机态氮的生物固持速率大于有机态氮的矿化速率,从而表现为净生物固持,土壤中无机态氮的含量趋于减少。但是,随着能源物质的逐渐分解和消耗,生物固持速率逐渐降低,至碳氮比降为20左右时,即转而小于有机态氮的矿化速率,从而表现为净矿化,此时土坡中无机态氮得以积累.加入氮对土壤氮素矿化的影响当土壤中加入,,N一标记的无机态氮(或加入,sN一标记有机态氮时由矿化所形成的无机态氮)进行培养(或生物)试验时,常可观侧到土壤的氮素矿化量(或植物吸收的土壤氮量)高于不加氮者。可见加入的氮促进了土壤氮紊的矿化。这一作用常被称之为加入氮的激发作用,简称激发作用(priming effeet),也称之为加入氮的交互作用(addednitrogen interaetion)。这实际上是正激发作用.有时也可观侧到负激发作用.在大多数情况下,这种激发作用的发生是由于加入的标记氮替代了一部分参与生物固持作用的土城无机态氮所产生的结果,即生物交换作用的结果。也就是说,加入氮所增加的土坡氮素矿化量,基本上等于加入氮本身的生物固持量。因而实际上并未真正增加土坡氮素的矿化量,而只是一种表观的激发现象,因此又称之为表观激发作用.这种表观激发作用并未额外提供更多的氮量供植物吸收,也未促进土壤氮素的分解和消耗. 植物生长对土壤氮素矿化的影响植物对无机态氮的吸收、根际微生物的富集作用及其较强活性,以及根系的一些分泌物,都可能促进土壤氮素的矿化。但是,破氮比大的根系脱落物则又可能增强生物固持作用。因此,植物生长对土壤氮家的矿化表现为促进或抑侧.以及其形响程度,主要决定于这两个因素的相对强弱。土城氮素矿化过程土壤氮素的净矿化速率随时间的推移而变化的过程。这一进程常用一级反应动力学方程式表达。淹水条件下土城氮素的矿化过程也可用有效积温式表示。农田土壤氮素的矿化量和矿化进程在很大程度上决定着土壤对作物供氮的量和供氮过程.
