苯二氮卓受体阻断药分子式:CAS号:性质:在中枢神经系统内存在着能与苯二氮草类(BZ)特异结合的BZ受体。BZ受体配体有三类:(1)BZ受体激动剂如BZ药物安定等,亦称经典激动剂;(2)BZ受体拮抗剂,如氟马西尼单独应用时无效,即内在活性为零,但与经典激动剂合用时则能对抗BZ的作用,但对巴比妥类无对抗作用,符合经典拮抗剂的定义,有可能在临床上用于治疗BZ药物过量及中毒;(3)反相激动剂如β-卡波林(β-carbolines)。
