消退性实践法消退性实践法negative practice消退性实践法(negative praetiee)亦称“否定练习法”，由邓拉普(D unlaPk.，1932)提出的消除病人问题行为的一种疗法，后来被归入行为治疗中。治疗者有意促使病人反复重复、加强他的自动化的、不能控制的不良习惯或行为，如吸烟、咬指甲、习惯性痉挛或口吃，同时要他努力集中注意于这一不良习惯或行为。这样病人就会更多地意识到自己的不良习惯及其给自己带来的不良影响，而且，由于过多地重复，反而起了抑制作用，最后达到消除不良行为的目的。行为治疗家认为，如果一个病人对自己的不良习惯没有充分的认识，就难以消除它。消退性实践或练习可以使病人学会一种新的行为方式，消除他对不良行为过多的注意和紧张，在此基础上就可以制定一个干预方案来消除这个不良习惯。例如，一旦病人意识到自己的不良行为正开始出现，那么这种意识就可以作为实施一种对抗性的合意行为(或健康行为)的线索或提示物。因此，消退性实践法可以作为其他干预方法的一个准备性步骤。此外，让病人反复地重复其不良行为，如一支接一支地吸烟，最后会使病人产生种种不适感、疲劳感或厌恶感。依巴甫洛夫的观点，经多次重复后，不良行为就会同不适、疲劳或厌恶感建立起一种条件性联系;从而一旦病人开始不良行为，便立即感到不适或厌恶，这些不愉快的体验便对不良行为起着抑制作用。这种疗法要求病人有充分的动机消除自己的不良习惯，也要求病人能够形成一种新的良好习惯以取代原有的不良习惯。在治疗过程中，治疗者应注意帮助病人找到并消除那些对不良行为继续起强化作用的因素。消退性实践法最常用于某些习惯性痉挛，如书写痉挛。此外，这种方法也被用于口吃、咬指甲、吮手指、露阴癖、贪食和习惯性书写错误等。在多数情况下，消退性实践法只是被作为一种辅助性方法或其他治疗的准备性步骤而使用:单独使用时的效果尚未得到充分的证实。(梁宝勇撰徐俊觅审)
