天津简介:天津市简称“津”，是中国四大直辖市之一。天津地处华北平原东北部，东临渤海，北枕燕山，面积1.1万平方公里。天津现辖十三个区，五个县。天津毗邻首都北京，是海上通往北京的咽喉要道，自元朝就是京师门户，畿辅重镇。“天津”的得名一直是个悬念。虽经多方考证，目前尚无一个没有争议的答案，而正是这些争议，给民间传说提供了足够的想象空间。据天津市人民政府地方志办公室主任郭凤岐介绍，天津之名的由来，目前流传较广的有四种说法。一是星座说《隋书·天文志》在记载“九坎东列星”时说：“尾亦为九子箕，亦曰天津”；《宋史·天文志》道：“天津九星在虚宿”；旧《静海县志》却云：“女宿上有天津九星”；乾隆《天津县志》收记了以上诸条，并把此作为天津“故以为名”的说法之一。二是缘河说《金史》卷二十七《河渠志》记载：泰和六年（1206）“十二月，通济河创设巡河官一员，与天津河同为一司，通管漕河闸岸，上名天津河巡河官隶督水监”；《天津卫志》在记述“学田”时，称其有“一坐落天津河北武清县”。由此可见，天津河确实有之。三是关口说据《天津县志》介绍：“按旧志，天津本近口关名，在良乡北……据《畿辅通志》考证，天津关在宛平县西二百一十五里。《方舆纪要》则称关在阳乡里北百余里，至易州出大龙门凡十五关口，中间差大者曰天门关，或云天津口。”四是赐名说这是史料最充分、记载最清楚的一种说法。明建文四年（1402年），朱棣登基，翌年改元“永乐”。永乐二年(1404年)，在直沽设卫筑城。为了纪念“靖难之役”的胜利，朱棣赐名“天津”，意谓“天子经由之渡口”。1961年在和平区南门外大街路东民居发现的明代嘉靖二十九年(1550年)四月立的《重修三官庙碑》记载：“夫天津小直沽之地，古斥卤之区也。我朝成祖文皇帝，入靖内难，圣驾尝由此渡沧州，因赐名曰天津，筑城凿池，而三卫立焉。”明成祖于永乐十七年（公元14）迁都北京，作为北京沿海水陆交通的枢纽和漕运的咽喉，天津地位更加重要。漕运的发展，奠定了天津的基本格局。天津的集市和商业区正式出现于明宣德年间（1426－1435年）。物资丰富贸易活跃的天津是当时中国北方的商品集散地。公元1644年清兵入关后，随着清王朝统治地位的稳固和经济的发展，天津卫作为京师门户的地位日益重要。18世纪初，由于埠际商业的发展，天津出现了办理汇兑业务的钱庄，商业、金融业的发展使天津进一步发展成为中国北方的商贸中心。第二次鸦片战争期间，天津作为护卫京师的军事重地，其作用更加突出。第二次鸦片战争后，天津被迫开放为通商口岸，各国租界洋楼密布，至今仍成为天津的建筑特色之一。1948年冬，中国人民解放军发动了平津战役。1949年1月15日天津解放后逐步发展成为中国第二大工商业城市。天津地处中国北方黄金海岸的中部，不仅毗邻首都，还是华北、西北广大地区的出海口，是中国北方对内对外开放两个扇面的轴心，是亚欧大陆桥中国境内距离最短的东部起点。天津港是中国北方最大的综合性贸易港口，拥有全国最大的集装箱码头，与世界上170多个国家和地区的300多个港口保持着贸易往来。天津滨海国际机场有多条国际国内航线，是华北地区最大货运中心。天津铁路枢纽是京山、京沪两大铁路干线的交汇处。天津公路四通八达，交通基础设施建设有了长足发展。天津是华北一大工业城市，油气、海盐资源丰富，又有一定的工业技术基础，现有工业门类多达一百五十四个，综合性较强，主要有化工、冶金、军事、仪表、电子、纺织、地毯、自行车、缝纫机、手表、造纸、服装、制药、食品等，并有一批畅销国内外的拳头产品。加工工业产值占工业总产值的四分之三。有利于新产业的开发。
