乳化沥青分子式：CAS号：性质：又称乳化石油沥青。石油沥青经乳化剂乳化而成的沥青。褐色，乳化状溶液。密度1.0～1.04g/cm3。其他性能因乳化剂种类、加工方法和用途的不同而有较大差异。多以各种等级的石油沥青为原料，加热到一定温度（130～140℃），加入0.5%～1.5%的乳化剂和水（40%～50%）通过胶体磨或机械泵进行高速分散乳化而制得。一般用针入度100～300(1/10mm)的，制造道路用乳化沥青。用针入度10～300（1/10mm）的，制造建筑防水用乳化沥青。乳化剂种类很多。（1）阴离子型的，如硬脂酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠等。它能较好地包裹色中性骨料，如硅石、砂岩、花岗岩、石英石。（2）阳离子型的，如脂肪胺和季铵盐等。它能较好地包裹所有骨料，且稳定性较好。（3）非离子型的，如脂肪酸的酯类、醚和醇等。在水中不分解或电离，不受水的硬度和PH值影响，但一般不用于铺筑公路。（4）胶体型，如黏土、膨润土的天然细粉末、酷素、动物胶等。用得不多。乳化沥青主要用于铺筑道路，护岸防水和胶面保护。可在常温下贮存、运输；施工时无需加热，可节省能源、减少污染；铺筑的道路也比较牢固。
