济南黄河公路桥位于中国山东省济南市北郊,在黄河下游重要的水陆转运码头洛口处,跨越黄河的连续预应力混凝土斜拉公路桥。这座桥于1978年12月开工,1981年12月全桥组装合拢,经载重试验后,于1982年7月正式投入运营。这座桥主桥为中跨 220米,两侧边跨均为40+94米,共5孔。主桥长488米。桥南和桥北引桥分别为24孔和27孔,每孔跨度为30米。主桥和引桥总计长为.8米。桥面全宽为19.5米,行车道净宽为15米。全桥设双向对称的4.5‰纵坡。主桥墩塔顶离桥面高约51米,离基础顶面68.4米。基础为24根钻孔灌注桩,每根桩直径为1.5米,长约84米,嵌入风化岩层。这座桥的主桥结构特点是:在墩塔左右按扇形对称布置斜拉索 11对,索距小至8米。斜拉索的这种布局,保证了桥梁所必需的强度和刚度,简化了斜拉索的锚固构造,并便于悬臂施工,有利于节省工程量和材料用量。桥的主梁为连续梁,在桥墩上布置成纵向可动支承(主墩处在塔下用拉索悬吊支承,边墩上为滑动支座)的飘浮体系,从而增强了桥梁的承载刚度,改善了主梁内力分布和桥墩的受力状况,提高了桥梁的抗震性能,使桥面平顺、行车舒适。主梁横断面是带风嘴的半封闭双室梯形箱式结构,挑出的人行道在横向是透空的,这些都有利于提高桥梁的抗风稳定性。斜拉索采用抗疲劳性能较好的冷铸镦头锚具,并采用灌注水泥浆的铝管防护。此外,斜拉索设置有减振装置;必要时索能抽换。济南黄河公路桥建成后,沟通了山东济南市至北部地区的公路交通,对促进当地的经济发展等具有重要的意义。
