预涂膜覆膜工艺的控制要点及注意事项覆膜前的准备工作(1)用于覆膜的BOPP薄膜的厚度一般应在0.01—0.02mm之间,透明度应在90%以上,且热收缩率要小。(2)上机前,应检查日oPP薄膜是否在保质期内,薄膜上的涂胶层是否均匀,表面是否被划伤,压伤。薄膜的涂胶面要穿过加热滚筒并面向印刷品。(3)橡胶辊和加热滚筒一定要保持洁净,两边的压力平衡辊必须转动灵活。(4)根据纸张厚度调节和确定输纸辊的间隙。(5)根据产品尺寸选择不同宽度的BOPP薄膜,同时应根据产品的要求调节好侧规。(6)调节好导膜辊,使薄膜两边的张力一致,薄膜的表面孚展无皱褶。预涂膜覆膜工艺控制要点预涂膜覆膜工艺的关键技术主要是对覆膜温度、覆膜压力和覆膜速度的控制等几个方面。1.覆膜温度温度是预涂膜覆膜的首要因素,因为预涂膜上的黏合剂是热熔胶,温度决定了热熔胶的熔融状态,决定了热熔胶分子向BOPP薄膜、印刷品墨层、纸张等的渗透能力和扩散能力。尽管覆膜温度的提高有助于黏合强度的增强,但温度过高会使薄膜产生收缩,产品表面发亮、起泡,产品产生皱褶。根据实践经验,覆膜温度应控制在70~100℃之间。2. 覆膜压力纸张的表面并不平整,只有在适宜的压力下,熔融状态的热熔胶才能完全覆盖印刷品表面,覆膜产品才光亮,黏结效果好。压力小,黏结不牢;压力大一些,有助于提高薄膜和纸制品间的结合力。但是,如果压力过大,又容易使产品产生皱褶,而且容易使橡胶辊表面受伤。变形,降低橡胶辊的使用寿命。随着压力的增大,使橡胶辊和加热滚筒间的接触压力增大,使两辊的轴头、轴承负荷加重,磨损加剧,同时使传动系统的负荷加重,因而压力太大会影响整机的使用寿命。 在实际生产中,应当根据纸张的不同来调节压力。比如对于纸质疏松的纸张,压力要大一些,反之则小一些。根据经验,覆膜压力一般设定为8~25MPa为宜。3.覆膜速度覆膜速度的快慢决定了预涂膜上的黏合剂在加热滚筒上的熔化时间以及薄膜和纸张的接触时间。覆膜速度慢,BOPP薄膜上黏合剂的受热时间相对较长,薄膜和纸张的压合时间长,黏结效果好,但生产效率低。覆膜速度快,BOPP薄膜上的黏合剂在加热滚筒上的受热时间短,薄膜和纸张的接触时间短,黏合效果差。国产预涂膜覆膜设备的生产速度一般控制在5—30m/min之间。以上对预涂膜覆膜中的三大关键工艺技术——覆膜温度、覆膜压力和覆膜速度做了简单分析,但三者之间的调节配合应根据所使用设备的不同、覆膜产品种类的不同以及所使用薄膜种类的不同等实际情况,灵活掌握,只有这样才能得到高质量的覆膜产品。
