微晶壳聚糖分子式:CAS号:性质:是一种微晶聚合物。可用2%的醋酸水溶液溶解一定量的壳聚糖,经过滤除去不溶物及凝胶颗粒;再于一定温度下进行热降解,并用氢氧化钠水溶液中和,使之产生絮状凝聚物,最后用蒸馏水洗涤并在真空下干燥,即得微晶壳聚糖。经测定蟹壳壳聚糖的晶粒尺寸:d=17.8×10-10m;虾壳壳聚糖的晶粒尺寸:d=14.5×10-10m。由壳聚糖制备的N-酰化壳聚糖可作为血液透析膜材。壳聚糖与乙醇反应得到的衍生物,可生物降解和吸收,用于制作人工皮肤,可促进伤口愈合和皮肤再生。另外还可用于制作药物释放载体。
